Missing Reportable Offenders

I understand that all information obtained through this scheme is strictly confidential and must only be used to protect and safeguard a child or children in general.

I understand I must not publish, distribute, or display any identifying details without first obtaining written approval from the Police Commissioner.

I understand I must not engage in conduct, or incite another person to engage in conduct, that intends to or is likely to intimidate or harass another person believed or suspected to be an identified offender.

I agree to comply with these requirements and understand that, under the Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Offender Prohibition Order) Act 2004 (Qld), misuse of information accessed or the intimidation or harassment of any persons may result in penalties, including imprisonment for up to three years and ten years respectively.
